Leader Behavioral Role Modeling, Job Complexity, Work Regulatory Focus and Creativity: A Mediated Moderation Model

摘要 构建并验证了一个解释创造力的被中介的调节模型,通过对中国5家企业340位员工及其直接领导的考察,研究得出以下结论:(1)员工工作调节焦点中介了领导行为示范与员工创造力间的关系;(2)工作复杂性调节了领导行为示范与员工创造力间的关系;(3)员工工作调节焦点中介了工作复杂性在领导行为示范与员工创造力关系间的调节作用。 In this research, the authors tested a mediated moderation model for creativity. Using a sample of 340 employees and their supervisors from 5 Chinese companies, the authors found that focus mediated the relation between leader role modeling and creativity. (2) Job co between leader role modeling and creativity. (3) Work regulatory focus mediated (1) Follower's work regulatory mplexity moderated the relation the moderated relation among leader role modeling, job complexity, and creativity. The authors discussed implications of these results for re- search and practice.
