摘要 以氢氧化钾-四硼酸钠为熔剂,高温熔融样品,在盐酸-过氧化氢体系中进行酸化,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定锡矿石中锡钨钼的分析方法。方法线性范围为0.00-40.00 mg/L,检出限为锡12 mg/kg,钨25 mg/kg,钼2.9 mg/kg;方法精密度(n=11)小于5.0%,测定结果与标准物质所提供的参考值一致。采用氢氧化钾-四硼酸钠熔锡矿石,熔样彻底,与传统的过氧化钠熔样法相比,不但克服了熔剂在熔样过程容易飞溅的缺点,而且使用更安全,保存更便利。方法准确、可靠、简便、快速,适用于锡矿石中钨钼锡的测定。 The ore samples were melted with KOH-Na2B4O7 and acidized by mixed hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Then a efficient method for simultaneous determination of W, Mo and Sn in tin ores by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry ( ICP-OES) was established. The results show that the linear range of the method is 0.00~40.00 mg/L; The detection limits are 12 mg/kg for Sn,25 mg/kg for W, and 2.9 mg/kg for Mo, respectively; The relative standard deviation ( RSD, n = 11) is less than 5.0%;The obtained results are consistent with the reference analytical values. This method can avoid the splash of sodium peroxide, the flux is safer and convenient to store. The method is accurate, reliable, simple, and rapid. It can be used for determination of W, Mo and Sn in geology samples.
