摘要
为了提高刚性剑杆织机的织造效率,采用牛头刨床的导杆机构作为刚性剑杆织机的引纬机构,在ADAMS中建立了引纬机构的虚拟样机模型,并进行仿真与优化。通过仿真分析可知,该机构在工作行程时,加速度变化较小,速度波动平缓,有利于引纬,回程时,速度较大,缩短了引纬时间;合理地控制导杆的运动情况,可实现两剑杆准确交接,对机构的加速度和动程优化后,得出加速度和动程的最优值不可兼得;将曲柄的长度设置为可调,根据实际引纬的需要,对曲柄的长度进行适当的调整可以实现引纬机构运动规律的最优。指出,将导杆机构应用于三维刚性剑杆织机上,可实现引纬要求,且引纬平稳、速度快、时间短,其机构的设计仿真及优化比较容易,为三维织机引纬机构的开发提供了新的设计方法和思路。
In order to improve the efficiency of the rigid rapier loom,the guiding bar on the shaping machine is used as the weft insertion mechanism on the rigid rapier loom,a virtual prototype model of weft insertion mechanism is established in ADAMS, and the simulation and optimization is done to the same. Simulation analysis shows that there is small change of acceleration and velocity fluctuation in the working stroke, thus conducive to the weft insertion. In the return stroke, the speed increases, shortening the weft insertion time with reasonable control of the guiding bar,gaining accurate handover of the two rapiers. The optimal value of the mechanism acceleration and the dynamic process can't be get both ways. A length-adjustable crank can optimizes the weft insertion mechanism as desired. It is pointed out that the guiding bar on the 3D rigid rapier loom realizes the performance of the weft insertion mechanism with stable and fast weft insertion performance. The design of the simulation and optimization of the mechanism is relatively easy,providing a new idea and approach to the development of weft insertion mechanism on 3D looms.
