摘要
以新疆某盐湖卤水为研究对象,模拟当地气候条件进行30℃等温蒸发试验,通过对卤水蒸发析盐过程的物料衡算和化学分析,了解卤水蒸发浓缩过程的析盐规律为:石盐→石盐与硫酸镁→钾芒硝与水氯镁石→水氯镁石→老卤。在失水率小于40%的范围内主要析出石盐,失水率在40%~50%范围内主要析出石盐与硫酸镁的混合盐,失水率在50%~75%范围内主要析出钾芒硝与水氯镁石,此阶段钾离子的析出率为81%,失水率在75%以上主要析出水氯镁石,蒸发后续阶段的老卤中镁得到浓缩。
We have a salt lake brine Xinjiang as experimental study object. We simulated the local weather conditions and made 30 ℃ isothermal evaporation experiment brine. Through the material balance and chemical analysis of brine evaporation process, understand the salt out of brine evaporation concentration process crystallization law of salts: salt, salt and magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate and magnesium chlo-ride, magnesium chloride, the old brine. The main precipitation in the range of halite water loss rate of less than 40%, mixed salt water loss rate is in the range of 40%--50%main precipitation of halite and magnesium sulfate, water loss rate is in the range of 50%--75% main precipitation of potassium sulfate and magnesium chloride, potassium ion precipitation in this stage was 81%, the rate of water loss in more than 75% main condensate water chloride magnesia, bittern evaporation and subsequent stages of magnesium are concentrat-ed in.
