基于形态学和分水岭算法的冠状动脉造影图像分割研究

摘要 图像分割技术是图像处理领域非常活跃的研究课题,但目前还不完善,尤其对狭长区域的分割还没有给出较好的分割算法,如血管图像的分割等。将分水岭算法与数学形态学算法结合起来应用于冠状动脉造影中,并用来进行冠状动脉造影图像血管分割,取得了较好的分割结果。详细论述了数学形态学算法的原理,通过形态学知识提取图像边界。利用图像的几何特征,去除非目标区域,再采用分水岭变换进行图像分割,并利用冠状动脉造影图像验证了该方法的优势。通过实验验证了其可行性与优越性。 Image segmentation technique is a very active research topic in the field of image processing,but it is imper-fect,especially in the segmentation of narrow region that a better segmentation algorithm isn’t given,such as segmentation of vascular image,etc. A better segmentation result is achieved by combining the watershed algorithm with mathematical morpholo-gy algorithm for coronary angiogram. The principle of mathematical morphology algorithm is discussed in detail. The morphology knowledge is utilized in extraction of image boundary. The non-target area is removed by means of the geometric characteristics of the image,and then the image segmentation is implemented by watershed transformation. The advantages of the proposed method are verified by the coronary angiography images.
