摘要 目的:了解农村幼儿教师的生存状态、职业承诺、专业发展状况,并探讨它们之间的关系。方法:采用生存质量问卷和职业承诺量表、专业发展量表,对283名农村幼儿教师进行测评。结果:156.9%的农村幼儿教师认为自己的生存质量总体水平中等较差,生存质量受到其婚姻状况(t=2.610,P<0.01)、是否有编制(t=2.763,P<0.01)等因素的影响。2农村幼儿教师的职业承诺与生存质量总分及其各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.693,0.554,0.415,0.410,0.457;P<0.01);3不同生存质量农村幼儿教师的专业发展总分、专业发展情境、专业发展过程有显著差异(t=6.742,4.076,7.013;P<0.01)。结论:农村幼儿教师的生存质量状况中等较差,生存质量对职业承诺、专业发展有明显的影响。 Objective:To explore the survival state,occupation commitment and professional development of the rural preschool teachers,and to discuss the relationship between them.Methods:The quality of life questionnaire,the occupation commitment scale and professional development scale were administrated to 283 rural preschool teachers.Results:Most(56.9%) of the preschool teachers believed that they had medium poorer survival quality in overall level.their quality of life had been affected by marital status(t = 2.610,P〈0.01),if there was a preparation(t = 2.763,P〈0.01) and such factors; it had significantly positively correlation between the preschool teachers ' occupation commitment and the scores of quality of life and its' factors(r = 0.693,0.554,0.415,0.410,0.457; P〈0.01); There were significant differences in the total score of quality of life of the professional development of preschool teachers(t =6.742,P〈0.01),the professional development situation(t = 4.076,P〈0.01),the professional development process(t = 7.013,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The rural preschool teachers have medium poorer survival quality; survival quality has a significant effect on occupation commitment,professional development.
