股动脉穿刺相关并发症20例探讨 被引量：8

摘要 分析股动脉穿刺术后相关并发症的原因及处理措施。20例股动脉穿刺出现并发症患者,对其术后产生的并发症进行分析,并探讨术后的处理措施。动脉夹层2例,血栓形成造成血管远端栓塞3例,血管迷走反射3例,血肿8例,假性动脉瘤2例,动静脉瘘2例。通过分析、总结,得出股动脉穿刺产生并发症的原因和处理措施,力求将其发生率降到最低。
