摘要
"十三五"时期是我国全面建成小康社会的关键时期,也是基本实现教育现代化的决定性阶段,各级各类教育都将进入新的阶段和新的发展水平,为全面建成小康社会提供人力资源支撑。推动经济社会在新常态下健康平稳发展,迫切要求实施创新驱动发展战略,教育要主动适应经济新常态,融入国家创新体系,加强职业教育与培训,全面提高劳动者素质,广泛培育和积聚创新人才,为实现大众创业、万众创新奠定坚实基础。
The ＂13th-five-year＂ is the key period for China to build comprehensive well-off society, which is also the conclusive period to fundamentally realize educational modernization. In the period, all forms of education at all levels will come to a new stage and a new developmental level, so as to offer the support of human resources for the construction of comprehensive well-off society. To promote the healthy and steady development of economic society in the new ordinary state, it is an urgent demand to implement innovation-driven development strategy. Therefore, education should actively adapt to the ＂new normal＂ of economy, and integrate to national innovation system. In such background, we should reinforce vocational education and training, comprehensively improve the quality of workers, extensively cultivate and accumulate innovative talents, so as to establish the solid foundation for the implementation of massive entrepreneurship, and people＇s innovation.
