摘要
目的探究丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法选取2011年9月—2014年9月上海市杨浦区五角场镇社区卫生服务中心收治的原发性高血压患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组患者每天8:00口服盐酸贝那普利片,10 mg/次,1次/d。治疗组静脉注射丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液60 mg/次,以0.9%氯化钠注射液250 m L稀释,1次/d;同时口服盐酸贝那普利片,用法用量同对照组。两组均连续治疗2周后评价临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为72.5%、90.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇、三酰甘油较同组治疗前显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著升高,同组治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的改善程度优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液联合贝那普利治疗原发性高血压具有较好的临床疗效,能够明显降低患者的血压和血脂水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tanshinone IIA Sodium Sulfonate Injection combined with benazepril in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods The patients with primary hypertension （80 cases） of Wujiaochang Town Community Health Service Center of Yangpu District in Shanghai from September 2011 to September 2014 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 40 cases. The patients in control group werepo administered with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets at 8： 00 every day, 10 mg/time, once daily. The patients in treatment group were iv administered with Tanshinone IIA Sodium Sulfonate Injection 60 mg/time adding 250 mL saline, once daily, and the usage and dosage of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets were the same as the control group. Two groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment, the efficacy was evaluated.ResultsThe efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 72.5% and 90.0%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups （P＆lt; 0.05）. After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides were significantly reduced, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group （P ＆lt; 0.05）. And these indicators in treatment group improved better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups （P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion Tanshinone IIA Sodium Sulfonate Injection combined with benazepril has the good clinical effect in treatment of primary hypertension, and can significantly reduce the levels of blood pressure and lipid, which is worth clinical promotion.
