摘要
使用复杂网络相关理论能够确保电子对抗情报保障效能评估指标体系的科学性。针对电子对抗情报保障体系的突出特点,提出了一种运用复杂网络理论确立电子对抗情报保障效能评估指标体系的方法,确定了包含三层指标的指标体系框架,明晰了各层之间的聚合关系,并进行了仿真实例分析。所得结果验证了该方法的正确性,可为解决电子对抗情报保障的一些实际问题提供一定借鉴。
The use of complex network theory can ensure the scientificalness of the index of electronic countermeasure intelligence assurance system effect evaluation. Aiming at the main characteristics of electronic intelligence assurance system, the thesis put forward a method of building the index system of electronic countermeasures intelligence assurance system effect evaluation based on the complex network theory. The index system contains three levels of index, and the aggregative relationship of each level is clarified. Then, simulation is carried out and the result of the simulation indicates that the theory of this thesis is correct, which can be used for reference to solve practical problems of electronic countermeasures intelligence assurance.
