角膜穿通伤伴白内障并发眼内炎的临床观察 被引量：1

Clinical observation of penetrating corneal trauma complicated with endophthalmitis

摘要 目的探讨角膜穿通伤伴白内障并发眼内炎的最佳治疗方法。方法回顾性分析10例(10眼)经急诊清创缝合联合晶体摘除术后出现眼内炎的角膜穿通伤伴白内障患者的资料,其中6眼按照感染性眼内炎处理,4眼按照晶体皮质过敏性眼内炎处理。结果 6眼按照感染性眼内炎处理患者,经过玻璃腔注药、或结合玻璃体切割术视力恢复较好。4眼按照晶体皮质过敏性眼内炎处理患者效果较差,有3眼最后诊断为化脓性眼内炎,其中2眼行眼球内容物剜除。结论眼球穿通伤伴白内障并发眼内炎,均应早期按照化脓性眼内炎进行积极处理,以避免延误挽救视力的治疗时机。
