腰肋悬空仰卧位下经皮肾镜联合输尿管镜逆行操作清除输尿管残石 被引量：3

摘要 经皮肾镜碎石术（percutaneous nephrolithotomy，PCNL）安全、有效，已经成为临床治疗肾结石的首选方式［1］。在经皮肾镜碎石术过程中，因碎石下行导致输尿管结石残留偶有发生，如输尿管残留结石体积较大或数量较多，需在手术中及时经输尿管镜逆行处理。俯卧位为经皮肾镜碎石取石术中的经典体位，但对于需联合输尿管镜处理输尿管残石的患者，在俯卧位与截石位两种体位间的转换极为不便。我们尝试在腰肋悬空仰卧位下行经皮肾镜碎石取石术，发现该体位可在术中方便及时地调整至截石位，对经皮肾镜碎石术中发生输尿管结石残留的患者联合经尿道输尿管镜操作清除输尿管残石，治疗效果满意［2］。现报道如下。
