摘要
为解决粮食供应链运作过程中存在诸多的利益冲突和供应链的总利润在各主体分布不均衡,甚至是供应链总体利润下降的现象,也为粮食供应链利益补偿协调机制能较好的保证农民的基本收益,保障国家粮食产量和质量安全,结合调研结果,研究政策激励商品粮三级供应链成员协调机理,包括政策外部激励和核心企业结合政策激励商品粮三级供应链协调机理,再根据上述协调机理给出了政府、产业化龙头企业和商业流通企业主导的商品粮三级供应链成员协调的实施模式,最后对讷河市优质高蛋白大豆联合社供应链成员利益协调进行应用分析,有利于提升大宗商品粮三级供应链竞争力。
In order to solve interest conflicts in process of grain supply chain operation,improve the total profit of supply chain in the main distribution imbalance,eliminate the declining phenomenon of entire supply chain profit,guarantee the basic benefits of farmers and guarantee the national security for compensation of grain supply chain on coordination mechanism,the results of investigation were combined with incentive policy of commodity grain on three level members of supply chain coordination mechanism,including the policy of external incentive and the core enterprise that combined with incentive policy of commodity grain on three level supply chain coordination mechanism. It gave the commodity grain of three level members on the supply chain coordination implementation mode of government,industrial enterprises and commercial circulation enterprises leading. The quality of high protein soybean association members of supply chain coordination of interests and application was analyzed to enhance the commodity grain of competitiveness on three level supply chain in Nehe.
