藏南甘蔗野生种质资源的考察与植物学性状分析 被引量:7

Investigation and Botanical Character Analysis of Wild Sugarcane Germplasm Resources of Southern Tibet

摘要 对西藏东南部和西南部进行割手密、斑茅、蔗茅及滇蔗茅等甘蔗种质资源的考察和采集,共采集到74份资源材料。对所采材料的形态特征及特异性状进行了分析。结果显示:所采材料在同一种内不同无性系间的株高、茎径和锤度等性状均有较大差异,表明这些资源植物具有较为丰富的变异类型。研究结果进一步扩充了我国的甘蔗种质资源库,为藏南野生甘蔗种质资源在甘蔗育种中的利用提供了科学依据。 Wild sugarcane germplasm resources including Saccharum spontaneum, Erianthus arundi- naceum, E. fulvus and E. rockii of southwest and southeast Tibet were investigated and collected from August 2012 to November 2013, totally 74 wild sugarcane germplasm resource materials were col- lected. The morphological and special characters of these germplasm materials were analyzed. The re- sult showed that the characters such as plant height, stem diameter and brix were different significantly even in the clones belong to the same species, suggested abundant genetic variance existing in these germplasm resource plants. The research results further expanded the sugarcane germplasm resource bank of China, and provided scientific basis for the utilization of southern Tibet wild sugarcane germ- plasm resource in breeding
