摘要
受经营规模限制,县医院在感染管理方面通常存在着一定的缺陷,为了改善这种情况,医院需要在消毒供应室中实行持续质量改进措施。该研究以某县县医院感染部门的管理程序为立足点,通过观察其中存在的缺陷和不足,制定了具有针对性的解决措施。通过长期观察后发现,在实行了持续的质量改进措施后感染情况得到了明显的改善,管理层对于感染控制意识的认识也越加深刻。
Being limited by the scale of operation, there are some defects in county hospital infection management.In order to im- prove the situation, the hospital has a continuous quality improvement measures in the disinfection supply center.The article intro- duced continuous quality improvement of the hospital＇s disinfection supply center of quality in detail.To hospital infection and management process as the research object, summarizing the shortcomings in the course of hospital infection management.Hospital gives the continuous quality improvement measures, and compares the change before and after in the infection depaament.After a series of continuous quality improvement measures in the disinfection supply center,the worse situation has changed.And the manager has improved the infection control concept.
