摘要
我国是陶瓷生产及出口的主要国家之一,自1993年起我国陶瓷产量、人均消费及出口量均位列世界第一。2011年全国累计销售陶瓷砖3000亿元以上,已经成为建筑卫生陶瓷生产和消费大国。该文以法库陶瓷生产为例,从环境工程的角度研究陶瓷行业的环境保护,分析了陶瓷生产过程中的大气污染物排放状况;对污染物减拂措施进行比选;分析了陶瓷生产除尘脱硫的特点及推荐了除尘脱硫工艺;对喷雾干燥塔和两段式煤气发生炉排烟污染提出了防治对策,为陶瓷企业大气达标排放提供参考。
Our country is one of the ceramic production and export of major countries, ceramic production in China since 1993, the per capita consumption and exports ranked first in the world. In 2011 the national sales of brick of pottery and porcelain 2011 yuan of above, has been building sanitary ceramics production and consumption power. It took the ceramics production in FaKu County as an example, the gas emission pollutions in the ceramics production process were analyzed ,and the measures of emission reduction for pollution were compared and selected in economics, and of dust collection and desulphurization in the ceramics production were analyzed and the process of the dust collection and desulphurization were recommended ,andceramies production the preventive treatment measures for the exhaust pollution from the spraying dry tower and two stages gas generation furnace were suggested in the study ,the study provided reference for gas emission satisfying the emission standard in the ceramics production .
