摘要
文章对我国语言产业的经济价值及其对国民经济增长的贡献率等进行实证分析和研究,并结合我国语言产业发展现状及其存在的问题,提出未来我国语言产业的发展构想:制定国家层面的语言产业发展规划纲要;制定与完善我国语言产业发展的相关法律和政策;设置国家语言产业发展研究和管理机构;重视我国语言产业的人才培养和技术研发工作;利用标杆企业的示范效应带动语言产业链整体发展,使语言产业成为我国经济发展新的增长点。
The paper makes an empirical analysis on the economic value of language industry and its contribution rate to China’s economic growth. To face the existing problems of the language industry’s development in our country,we put forward the development strategies and the development routes for language industry in the future,establish the national language industry’s development planning, stipulate and perfect the policy and law of the language industry, found the national language industry development research and administration institutions, attach the importance to the human resource training and technology support work of the language industry,and utilize the leading enterprise’s radiation function to drive the overall development of the language industry chain and enable the language industry to be the new source for our country’s economic growth.
