摘要
光泽黄颡鱼的成熟卵直径约 1 5 7mm ,激素催产获得成功 .受精卵圆形、橙黄色 ,遇水膨胀 ,直径为 2 0 1mm .水温在2 2～ 2 5℃时 ,胚胎孵化需要 5 2 5h .
The fully mature unferitlized egg of Pseudobagrus nitidus is about 1 57 mm in diameter. The spawning have successfully been induced by injecting hormone. The fertilized eggs of the fish are spherical and orange yellowish. The diameter of swollen egg is 2 01 mm in water. When the water temperature is 22-25℃, hatching of embryo needs 52 5 h. Some problems relevant to the characters of the embryonic development have been discussed and the feature of the development of this fish is compared with those of others.
