摘要 自上个世纪70年代脉冲功率技术与真空电子技术结合,提出了高功率微波的概念以来,高功率微波已经历经了三个阶段的发展,他们分别是高峰值功率,高平均功率,高功率微波的应用。目前,高功率微波正处于逐渐走出实验室形成各种装备或系统的阶段,不同频段、不同机理、不同功能的高功率微波源都得到了广泛的研究,与应用相关的各类技术,比如小型化、效应、硬管技术、调谐技术、长脉冲技术等受到重视。本文重点介绍了国外一些典型的高功率微波系统,同时也介绍了近些年IEEE举办的高功率微波产生专题讨论会相关文章的统计与分布情况。希望从从应用对技术发展的要求与当前相关研究的活跃程度两个不同的侧面揭示高功率微波的发展现状及趋势。 Upon the combination of the pulse power technology with the vacuum electronic technology in 1970's, the concept of high power microwave was put forward. High power microwave has experienced three developing stages, they are high peak power, high average power and applications of high power microwave. At present, some high power microwave devices are moving out of laboratories and are applied in a variety of equipment and system. High power microwave sources with different frequency, different mechanism and different function are being extensively studied; various application techniques such as miniaturization, effect, hard tube technology, tuning technology, long pulse technology are attracting more attention. In this paper, some typical high power microwave systems abroad were introduced, and meanwhile statistic data from recent IEEE special issue on high power microwave generation was presented. The goal is to point out the current status and developing trends of high power microwave from the application requirements for technology development and from the active degree of current research.
