摘要
目的采用离子色谱法测定乳酸钠林格注射液中的总钠、钾和钙。方法色谱柱为Dionex Ion Pac CS12A(250 mm×4.6 mm),洗脱液为以20 mmol·L^-1甲烷磺酸溶液,流速1.2 m L·min^-1,采用电导检测器,CSRSTM300自身循环抑制器,抑制电流为60 m A,柱温30℃,池温35℃,进样量25μL。结果 3种离子的分离良好,钠离子0~100μg·m L^-1(r=0.9999)、钾离子0~10μg·m L^-1(r=0.9999)、钙离子0~5μg·m L^-1(r=0.9995)与峰面积的线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.3%~101.4%(n=9)。结论所用方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好,可用于乳酸钠林格注射液中的总钠、钾和钙的测定。
OBJECTIVE To determine the total sodium,potassium and calcium in Sodium Lactate Ringer injection by Ion chromatography. METHODS The assay was performed on a Dionex Ion Pac CS12 A column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm) with 20 mmol·L^-1methysulphonic as eluent by electrical conductivity detector. The flow rate was 1. 2 m L·min^-1. The suppressor was CSRSTM300 self-regenerating suppressor with 60 m A suppression current,and injection volume was 25 μL with the column temperature of 30 ℃ and temperature of conductivity detection pool of 35 ℃. RESULTS Three kinds of cations showed good resolution. The linear range of sodium were0-100 μg·m L^-1( r = 0. 9999),potassium 0-10 μg·m L^-1( r = 0. 9999) and calcium 0-5 μg·m L^-1( r = 0. 9995). The average recoveries were between 100. 3%-101. 4%( n = 9). CONCLUSION The method is accurate,simple,rapid,repeatable and suitable for the determination of total sodium,potassium and calcium in Sodium Lactate Ringer injection.
