异形槽转子异步起动永磁同步电机设计与起动性能分析 被引量:4

Design and Starting Performance Analysis of the Line-start Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor with the Special-shaped Slot Rotor

摘要 针对传统异步起动永磁同步电机起动性能不适合在一些大转矩场合应用,设计出一种异型槽转子的异步起动永磁同步电机,利用有限元分析软件Mawell14.0建立电机的有限元分析模型,分析异形槽电机的电磁特性与起动性能,并与传统电机进行比较.结果表明,异型槽转子结构的电机拖入同步转速快,电磁转矩大、起动性能更优越,更适合在抽油机与纺织机中应用. Because the line-start permanent magnetic synchronous motor's starting performance isn't suit-able for high torque occasion, a line-start permanent magnetic synchronous motor with the special-shaped slot rotor was designed.The finite element analysis model of the machine was established using the finite element a-nalysis software Mawell14.0, and the electromagnetic characteristics and starting performance of the motor were analyzed and compared with the traditional motor.The results showed that the motor with the special-shaped slot rotor has the advantages of fast dragged synchronous speed, high electromagnetic torque and excellent starting performance, which is more suitable for using in pumping and textile machines.
