摘要
三氧化钨-二氧化钛(WO3-Ti O2)纳米管在光催化、光致变色等领域有许多潜在的应用,也是近几年来的研究热点。本文介绍了WO3-Ti O2体系的结构和电子性质,综述了近年来国内外制备WO3-Ti O2纳米管(WO3-TNTs)的主要方法包括水热法、溶胶凝胶法、化学浸渍法、溅射法、电化学沉积法,阳极氧化法等;介绍了WO3-TNTs的优异性能及其应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
WO3 -TiO2 nanotubes have drawn much attention in many areas such as photocatalysis and photochromic deevices due to their diverse potential applications. In this paper, structral and electronic properties of WO3 - TiO2 is reviewed. Domestic and foreign preparation methods of WO3 - TiO2 nanotubes (WO3 - TNTs ) are summarized, including hydrothermal, sol- gel, wet impregnant, sputtering, electrodeposition and anodation. The outstanding properties and application of WO3 - TNTs are presented. Their prospect is also addressed.
