摘要
阐述了三点法及其各种演化形式在内的多点法误差分离技术,分析其在精密轴承钢球圆度测量时的应用特点。比较了不同圆度误差分离技术的优缺点,并对应用于精密钢球圆度测量误差分离技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The error separation technique are introduced for three-point method and multi-point method including its various evolution forms,and the application characteristics are analyzed during roundness measurement of for precision bearing balls.The advantages and disadvantages of different separation technique for roundness error are compared,and the development tendency of error separation technique is predicted.
