摘要
根据医院行政办公室的工作特点与面临的新挑战,该院实施精细化管理,进而完善规章制度,优化工作流程,明确工作职责。精细化管理不但充公发挥服务领导的辅助决策、落实任务、督办考核、活动统筹等作用,而且充分发挥服务职工的部门协调、会务服务、文件管理等作用,增强医院行政办公室的服务能力,提高医院办公室的服务效能。
According to the working characteristics and the new challenges of the hospital administrative, our hospital implemented the fine management, improving regulations, optimizing workflow, clearing job responsibilities. The fine management not only fully play the decision support of service leadership, implemention tasks, supervision assessment and co-ordinate activities, but also service staff of sectoral coordination, business services and file management. It enhances the service capabilities of hospital administrative offices and improves the services effectiveness of hospital administrative offices.
