关节镜清理术联合关节腔药物注射治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效 被引量:41

摘要 [目的]探讨关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠、得宝松和罗哌卡因治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]应用关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠(单独注射组)治疗膝骨关节炎患者92例,其中男42例,女50例,平均年龄58.6岁;应用关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠、得宝松和罗哌卡因(联合注射组)治疗膝骨关节炎患者94例,男36例,女58例,平均年龄55.3岁。[结果]经过8-36个月随访,联合注射组在术后1、3、7、30 d的疼痛VAS评分低于单独注射组,联合注射组术后24个月疗效优良率高于单独注射组,联合注射组术后5周,术后6、12、24个月Lequence评分优于单独注射组。[结论]关节镜清理术联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠、得宝松和罗哌卡因,能减轻炎症反应,减少关节积液的产生,减轻术后早期的疼痛,刺激内源性玻璃酸钠的分泌,是治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的理想方法。
