摘要
产业体系的基本功能在本质上是产业分工构架,在空间上表现为地区分工。为此根据陕西产业的资源禀赋、技术条件、构成要素、发展阶段的不同从集聚性、融合度和竞争性三个维度对陕西当下的产业体系进行测量与评价,由此提出构建既符合产业发展潮流又能充分体现地方特色的现代产业体系的思路与格局。
The basic function of the industrial system is the frame of industrial division in nature, and the regional division in the space. According to the differences of Shaanxi industries in the resource endowments, technical conditions, and industrial stage of development, the present industrial system of Shaanxi was meas- ured and evaluated from three dimensions of agglomeration, integration and competitiveness. Based on the a- bove study, the thinking way and pattern were finally presented so as to build a new modern industrial system of Shaanxi.
