摘要
滚珠丝杠副作为数控机床机械传动与定位的首选部件,其可靠性影响着系统的正常工作。通过分析滚珠丝杠副可靠性包含的相关内容,总结滚珠丝杠副的主要失效类型,自主设计了滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验台,介绍了各影响因素的测量方法,提出了滚珠丝杠副可靠性试验方法和评估方法。
Ball screw is used as the preferred component of mechanical transmission and location, its reliability may have influence on the system running. This paper generalizey the main failure type of the ball screw from the relevant conditions of its reliability, designs a test bench for the reliability of the ball screw independently, describes the measurement of under methods each factor and puts forward its reliability test and assessment methods.
