摘要
在齿轮用WC-Co复合材料中添加了不同石墨烯,并进行了该复合材料的显微组织、耐磨损性能和抗热疲劳性能的测试。结果表明:添加10vol%石墨烯,可获得石墨烯分布较为均匀、耐磨损性能和抗热疲劳性能均得到显著提高的齿轮用复合材料;与未添加石墨烯相比,添加10vol%石墨烯可使200℃磨损体积减小80%、热疲劳寿命增加209%。
The composite for the gear with different content of graphene was prepared.The microstructure,wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of the composite were tested.The results show that adding 10vol% grapheme,the distribution of the grapheme is more homogeneous,and then the composite with better wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance can be obtained.Compared with the composite without graphene,the composite with 10vol% grapheme could make wear volume decrease by 80% at 200℃ and make thermal fatigue life increase by 209%.
