摘要
目的:探讨血栓通辅助治疗老年脑梗死后遗症的临床疗效以及对患者生活质量的干预作用。方法:老年脑梗死后遗症患者126例按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上予脑水蛋白水解物注射液。观察组在对照组的基础上再加用血栓通注射液,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效和药品不良反应,评价比较两组患者的日常生活自理能力及生活质量。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.65%,明显高于对照组的71.24%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的神经功能损伤评分及汉密尔顿抑郁程度评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显升高(P<0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者均未见严重药品不良反应。结论:血栓通辅助治疗老年脑梗死后遗症疗效显著,能有效改善患者生活质量,且安全性较好。
Objective：To discuss the clinical effects of Adjuvant therapy by Xueshuantong injection in elderly pa- tients with sequelae of cerebral infarction and intervention of their quality of life. Methods： 126 cases of elderly patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysatc injection on the basic of conventional therapy,while the observation group were trea- ted with Xueshuantong injection on the basis of the treatment of control group. Course of treatment of the two groups were 4 weeks each. The clinical effects and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed, daily life self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were assessed. Results ：The total effective rate of observation group was 93.65%, signifi- cantly higher than that of control group （71.24% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the patient＇ s neurological injury score and Hamilton depression severity score of the two groups were significantly lower than before, and the observation group were sig- nificantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the quality of life scores of two groups of patients were significantly improved than before（P 〈 0.05 ） ,but between the two groups there was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Patients in both groups had no serious adverse drug reactions during treatment. Conclusion：Adjuvant treatment by Xue- shuantong injection on the treatment of elderly patients with sequela of cerebral infarction has significant effect, can effec- tively improve the quality of life for patients, and better security.
