摘要
某大型调水工程渡槽波纹管灌浆不密实、注浆封堵不严使其内部积水,冬季波纹管冻胀导致渡槽竖墙内部破裂产生空鼓裂缝。受钢筋网密布和波纹管存水的影响,超声法、电磁法均无法有效检测到空鼓裂缝。本文介绍了选用冲击映像法对渡槽竖墙空鼓缝分布范围的检测。经钻芯取样验证,检测结果真实可靠。
As the bellows grouting for an aqueduct of a large-scale water diversion project is not so compacted and the plugging for the grouting is also not so closed, water is accumulated inside of it, because of which internal cracking caused by the frost heaving of the bellows during the winter leads to the formation of the hollowing cracks inside of the vertical wall of the aqueduct. Under the impacts from the densely arranged reinforcement and the water accumulation inside of the bellows, the hollowing cracks cannot be effectively detected by ultrasonic method, electromagnetic method, etc. The detection made on the distribution area of the hollowing cracks inside of the vertical wall of the aqueduct with the impact imaging method is described herein. It is verified through drilling core samples that the detecting result is true and reliable.
