摘要
目的分析疼痛教育在癌症患者疼痛管理中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2013年12月在院治疗的癌症疼痛患者156例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将156例患者随机平均分为两组,对照组78例,接受常规健康教育;试验组78例,在对照组基础上接受癌症疼痛教育项目。比较两组癌症疼痛患者的疼痛程度、疼痛控制的满意度以及疼痛对患者生活质量的影响。结果初次疼痛评比两组间不存在显著性差异,再次疼痛评估结果显示对照组(2.89±1.27)分与试验组(2.43±1.22)分存在显著性差异(P<0.05);两组疼痛处理满意度及护士处理方法满意度评分比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),医生处理方法的满意度不存在显著性差异(P>0.05);疼痛对患者生活质量的影响结果显示试验组在情绪、工作、社交、睡眠、行走能力、日常生活、生活乐趣方面评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对癌症疼痛患者及家属实施疼痛教育有助于提高患者对癌症疼痛的认识,从而减轻患者疼痛强度和疼痛对患者生活质量的影响,提高患者对癌症疼痛治疗的满意度。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of pain education on pain management in patients with cancer.Method Retrospectively analyzed 156 patients from our hospital with cancer pain from January 2008 to December 2013 and treated them as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with 78 cases received routine health education while the treatment group with 78 cases experienced cancer pain education projects on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Compared the level of pain, satisfaction of pain control and the effect of pain on patients＇ quality of life.Results The pain comparison in the first time did not show significant differences between the two groups while pain assessment results showed that there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05） between the control group （2.89±1.27） and the treatment group （2.43±1.22） in the second time. Both pain treatment satisfaction and nursing treatment method satisfaction of two groups showed significant difference （P 〈 0.05） while satisfaction for doctor treatment method did not show significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. The influence of pain on patients＇ quality of life suggested that the scores of the treatment group in terms of mood, work, social activity, sleep, walking ability, daily life and the fun of life were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It＇s helpful to improve the understanding of cancer pain through the implementation of pain education on patients with cancer pain and their family members so as to reduce the pain of patients and the impact of pain on patients＇ quality of life and improve patients＇ satisfaction of treatment for the cancer pain.
