摘要
针对工科院校物理实验室"课时安排密、实验项目多、日常管理量大"的教学实际,从物理实验教学的特点出发,结合现代管理基本原理,提出并实施了恰当的管理对策,保障了实验仪器的完好率。
The paper, in the light of teaching status quo and the features of physics experiment teaching and based on modem management fundamentals, puts forward feasible management strategies to ensure the intact rate of experiment equipment.
