股静脉釆血30°角斜刺在低体重早产儿中的应用 被引量:1

TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY OF FEMORAL VEIN BLOOD OF 30 DEGREES OBLIQUELY IN LOW BIRTH WEIGHT PRETERM CHILDREN

摘要 目的探讨股静脉釆血中30°角斜刺法在低体重早产儿中的应用效果。方法选取该院2012年6月—2013年9月接诊的160例低体重早产儿为研究对象,依据不同的采血方式分为股静脉30°斜角穿刺法为观察组,股静脉垂直穿刺法为对照组,观察二组一次性穿刺成功率、采血时间和相关并发症。结果观察组一次性穿刺成功率为97.5%,明显的高于对照组的81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组采血时间明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率6.3%,明显的低于对照组的21.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中对于低体重早产儿采血的过程中应用股静脉30°角斜刺法效果显著,缩短采血时间,降低采血并发症,临床应用价值高,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the Application effects for femoral vein blood preclude a 30 degree an- gle obliquely in low birth weight children. Methods From June 2012 to September 2013, 160 cases of low birth weight preterm children were admitted the study, based on different ways of blood into the femoral vein puncture 30° bevel for the study group, the femoral vein puncture vertical method for the control group, and then disposable puncture success rate, sampling time, and related complications were observed. Results The study group disposable puncture success rate was 97. 5%, significantly higher than the 81. 3 % of the control group, there was statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). The sampling time was significantly lower in study group than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Complication rate of study group was 6.3 %, significantly lower than the 21.3% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05}. Conclusion The clinical blood for low birth weight preterm children in the process of femoral vein 30 degree angle obliquely law shows a significant effect. It can shorten the sampling time, reduce blood complications, should be widely application with a high clinical value.
