摘要
对杨树叶片低温处理前后的荧光数据进行研究的结果表明,绝大部分荧光参数的平均值与平均曲线荧光值非常接近,相差不超过2%;少数参数虽然相差可达10%,但统计结果显示二者差异均不显著。因此用平均曲线的荧光值直接绘制雷达图,可大大简化叶绿素快相荧光动力学实验数据的处理运算过程,并能降低异常数据对实验结果的干扰。
The fluorescence data of control and low-temperature treated leaves of Populus tornentosa showed that the means of most fluorescence parameters were very close to their parameter value of average curve (with difference less than 2%). Only a few fluorescence parameters' difference reached to 10%. But the statistical results showed that all parameters had no significant difference between their means and parameter value of average curve. So the mean of fluorescence parameters can be replaced with the parameter value of average curve to draw the radar plot. This method can greatly simplify the calculating and operation process of fluorescence parameters, and reduce interference of anomalous data to the mean of fluorescence parameters. It will be helpful to the application of chlorophyll a fluorescence technique in the research of tree physiology.
