摘要 以兴平市行政区划边界及多时相TM遥感影像为基础,基于eCognltl0n、GIS等空间分析软件平台,运用缓冲区分析方法,提取城市建设用地信息,并利用年均扩展强度指数、年均扩张率、城市用地扩展弹性等特征指数指标进行定量分析.结果表明:(1)关中一天水经济区建设的启动促使2009~2014年城市用地扩展强度分别是1999~2004、2004~2009年的4.83、4.67倍;(2)城市用地呈显著的“圈层式”扩展模式及“过渡式”演变结构;以5km缓冲区为分水岭,5km以内,呈”快-中-慢“的空间分异演变模式;5km以外,呈“低一中一快”的空间分异演变模式;(3)2009-2014年城市用地扩展比较集中,且扩展面积比1999-2004、2004~2009年分别增大了4.83、4.67倍;兴平市十二五规划工业园区集群发展与历史文化、依傍渭河一带旅游商贸区的开发使得主要分布在西宝、西兰两条主干高速交通道所形成的象限的第1、III象限. Based on political boundaries ent periods, this study extracts the land map and TM remote sensing images use information of urban Xingping (1999, 2004,2009 and 2014) in differ- by used the method of buffer analysis built in GIS , eCognition spatial analysis techniques. The annual expansion intensity index, annual expansion rate and expansion elasticity of urban land use were used to quadrant analysis the differentiation of urban space expan- sion in each priod. Results indicated that the urban expansion area and the annual expansion intensity index basic maintained steady in1999-2004 and 2004-2009, but the urban expansion area and expansion intensity increased rapidly in 2009-2014, which respectively were 4.83 and 4.67 times of 1999-2004 and 2004-1009, the reason of which mainly was the construction of Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone in 2009. The urban land use showed markedly a kind of 'sphere-type' expansion mode and 'transition' evolution structure, as a watershed, the urban land expansion rate was slow, and showed a 'rapid-medium-slowly' expanding space differentiation evolution mod- el in 5km; but the urban land expansion rate was accelerated, and showed a 'low medium-medium fast- fast' ex- panding space difi)rentiation evolution model beyond 5km among 1999-2004, 2004-2009 and 2009-2014.Com- pared with 1999-2004, 2004-2009, the urban land expansion area of XingPing city increased 4.82 and 4.66 times respectively in 2009-2014, and the space distribution more concentrated, mainly distributed in I and III quadrant formed by Xibao and Xilan two major traffic artery, the main reason of this phenomenon is industrial cluster develop- ment and the development of the historical culture, tourism business district near the river area of five-year planning in Xingping City.
