摘要
【摘要】目的：评价产后针灸联合按摩治疗产妇缺乳的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月至2013年2月我院收治的产后缺乳患者41例，随机分为两组，其中观察细22例，选用针灸联合按牵连行治疗，对照组19例，单纯选用按率琏行治疗，观察并比较两组患者临床疗效以及泌乳量变化。结果：观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察细泌乳量明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：产后针灸联合按摩治疗产妇产后缺乳的临床疗效好，能有效提高产后缺乳产妇的泌乳量，值得在临床上予以推广。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined massage treatment of Ganyuqizhi kind of postpartum hypogalactia. Methods： 41 patients with postpartum hypogalactia from January 2012 to February 2013 admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. For 22 cases in the observation group, chose acupuncture combined with massage therapy; for 19 cases in the control group, chose only massage physiotherapy treatment. The two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy and changes in amount of lactation. Results： The clinical efficacy was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the amount of lactation was significantly higher than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined massage treatment of postpartum hypogalactia has good clinical efficacy, can effectively improve lactation of patients with postpartum hypogalactia and deserves to be used in clinical practice.
