摘要
沉默信息调节因子2相关酶1(Sirt1)是一种依赖于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸的Ⅲ类组蛋白脱乙酰化酶,为哺乳动物Sirtuin家族成员之一。Sirt1可通过将组蛋白及多种非组蛋白去乙酰化,从而实现对基因转录、细胞生长周期调节、炎症反应以及能量代谢等多种信号通路的调节,进而参与细胞衰老、代谢稳态调节、自身免疫及肿瘤等一系列生理病理过程。随着研究的深入,Sirt1将有望在新药作用靶点及疾病治疗方面发挥作用。
The silent information regulator 2 homolog 1(Sirt1),a member of the mammalian surtuin fam-ily,is a NAD﹢-dependent histone deacetylase of class Ⅲ.Sirt 1 regulates various signaling pathways of gene transcription,cell cycle regulation,inflammatory response and energy metabolism ,which in turn is involved in a series of physiological and pathological processes such as cellular senescence ,metabolic homeostasis adjust-ment,autoimmune,and tumor.Along with thein-depth research,Sirt1 may be used as a novel drug target or applied in treatment of related diseases.
