摘要
大量流行病学及毒理学研究结果表明,PM2.5暴露不但可引起肺组织损伤和肺通气功能障碍,并导致肺慢性阻塞性疾病及感染性疾病的发生和发展,还可致心血管系统功能损伤和相关疾病的发生,并能诱发并加重糖尿病。PM2.5致病的分子机制与代谢活化、诱导氧化应激及炎症信号通路等干扰细胞内生理生化过程,从而引起亚细胞结构和功能损伤有关。本文综述了PM2.5对心肺系统及糖尿病影响研究的新成果,并重点介绍其机制研究的新进展。
Many epidemiological and toxicological studies have shown that exposure to ambient PM2.5 may not only cause to pulmonary tissue impairments and hypoventilation, leading to the incidence and de- velopment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and infectious diseases, but also induce cardiovascular dysfunctions and incidence of related diseases. Recent researches have also indicated that PM2.5 may con- tribute to the incidence and exacerbation of diabetes mellitus. The mechanism of PM2.5 resulting in diseases is involved in metabolic activation, oxidative stress and inflammation which could interference with intra- cellular physiological and biochemical processes, and could result in the damage of subcellular structure and functions. In this paper, we have reviewed the new results in the effects of PM2.5 on cardiopulmonary system and diabetes mellitus, and focused on the progress in the underlying mechanisms which are explored in recent years.
