综合疗法治疗带状疱疹及预防后遗神经痛 被引量：5

Comprehensive Therapy for Herpes Zoster and Alleviation Postherapeutic Neuralgia

摘要 目的为探讨综合疗法与常规阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及其对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的影响。方法将60例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,对照组给予注射阿昔洛韦配合红外线照射常规治疗,治疗组给予火针、围刺、浮针及红外线照射的综合疗法。治疗10 d后进行疗效的综合评价。结果与治疗前相比两组患者均有改善,经秩和检验两组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的治疗效果优于对照组。半年回访结果显示,治疗组PHN发生率为3%,而对照组为20%,治疗组低于对照组。结论综合疗法与阿昔洛韦常规治疗带状疱疹及减少带状疱疹后遗神经痛方面相比疗效显著。
