摘要
建立了加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用检测土壤中有机氯的方法,优化了试验条件,该方法的回收率在70%~100%之间,有机氯的检出限在1.0~2.0μg/kg之间,通过对实际样品的测定表明,本方法能够满足土壤分析的要求。
Determining organochlorine pesticides in soil by GC - MS was established. The detective condition was optimized. The matrix spike recovery ranged from 70% to 100% . The Method detection limit was between 1.0 × 2.0μg/ kg. The results of actual samples determination shows the method can meet the demand of soil alysis.
