多层螺旋CT增强扫描在胃癌术前TNM分期中的应用价值 被引量：21

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在胃癌患者术前TNM分期中的临床价值。方法选取胃癌患者82例,均在术前行MSCT影像学诊断,行平扫与动态三期扫描,行多平面容积重组处理并与病理诊断结果对照分析。结果82例患者行MSCT诊断,早期胃癌的诊断符合率为77%,进展期胃癌诊断符合率为96%。手术前胃癌TNM分期,诊断符合率分别为78%,71%,80%。结论 MSCT增强动态三期扫描能够有效诊断早期胃癌与进展期胃癌,对术前TNM分期有较高的诊断作用,适合在临床诊断与治疗中推广应用。
