摘要
采用饱和浸渍法制备NiW体系催化剂,并对其进行了程序升温还原表征。考察了硫含量对NiW/SiO2-Al2O3催化剂催化四氢萘加氢性能的影响,并考察了硫对活性金属组分与载体相互作用强弱不同的NiW催化剂催化四氢萘加氢性能的影响。结果表明,硫对NiW体系催化剂催化四氢萘加氢反应有轻度抑制作用,使该反应的表观活化能增加,并且含硫化合物的加入增强了NiW体系催化剂催化四氢萘加氢裂化活性。在实验研究的5种NiW催化剂中,活性金属组分与载体相互作用较弱者的加氢催化活性受硫化合物的抑制较轻,相互作用较强者的加氢催化活性受硫化合物的抑制较重。
NiW series catalysts made by pore volume impregnation method were characterized by temperature-programmed reduction. The influence of sulfur content on tetralin hydrogenation over NiW/SiO2-A12Oa catalyst was investigated. Then the correlation of sulfur retarding effect and the interaction between active metals and support of NiW catalyst was discussed. It was shown that sulfur containing compound had mild inhibition on tetralin hydrogenation and could increase its apparent activation energy. Among the catalysts observed, the catalytic hydrogenation performance of ones with weak metal-support interaction was less influenced by sulfur containing compound than that of those with strong metal-support interaction.
