摘要
目的:基于慕课理念探讨留学生心血管内科临床教学的新模式。方法:选取留学生42人,进行LBL+慕课式自学+PBL新模式与传统LBL+PBL模式的对照研究,通过理论及临床技能考核与调查问卷评价教学效果。结果:新模式组明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:新模式有助于提高教学质量。
Objective: To use MOOC in the reform of the cardiovascular internal medicine for foreign students. Methods: 42 foreign students participated. MOOC was used in the experimental group. Results : test results of the experimental group were significantly better( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion : The MOOC approach improves teaching quality.
