摘要
目的:阿尔茨海默病早发型痴呆患者采用复方海蛇胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗,观察其对患者认知功能和生存质量的影响。方法:选取本院2013年6月—2014年6月期间所收治的84例阿尔茨海默病早发型痴呆患者作为此次研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,各42例。对照组采用多奈哌齐5 mg治疗,1次/d;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用复方海蛇胶囊3粒/次,3次/d。观察治疗前、后两组患者认知功能和生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者MMSE与QOL-AD评分分别为(24.68±3.69)分、(31.61±3.58)分;对照组分别为(21.23±3.35)分、(28.45±3.25)分;两组患者MMSE与QOL-AD评分较治疗前均明显提高(P<0.05);但治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显性不良反应。结论:临床采用复方海蛇胶囊联合多奈哌齐治疗阿尔茨海默病早发型痴呆患者,其临床疗效要明显优于单独采用多奈哌齐治疗,且明显改善患者认知功能和生活质量,且无明显性不良反应,具有较高安全性,值得进一步研究与应用。
Objective ：Early- onset Alzheimer＇s disease dementia patients were treated with compound Haishe capsules and donepezil treatment, observing its effect on cognitive function and quality of life of patients. Methods：In our hospital June 2013 - June 2014,84 cases of early -onset Alzheimer＇s disease dementia were as the study object. According to random number, they were divided into control group and treatment group,42 cases in each. The control group was given 5 mg of donepezil treatment, once a day;treatment group added the use of compound Haishe capsules,3 / time,3 times / day. Observe before and after treat- ment two groups patients cognitive function and quality of life and adverse reactions. Results ： After treatment, patients in treatment group QOL - AD MMSE scores were （24.68 ＋ 3.69） points, （ 31.61 ~ 3.58 ） points ; the control group＇ s were （ 21.23 ± 3.35 ） points, （28.45 ± 3.25 ） points;patients MMSE and the QOL- AD scores were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; but the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Clinical use of Com- pound Haishe capsule combined with donepezil treatment of early - onset Alzheimer＇s disease dementia patients is much better than a single use of donepezil treatment and can significantly improve cognitive function and quality of life of patients, worthy of further research and application.
