双水相与超声耦合提取艾叶总黄酮的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用双水相与超声耦合法对艾叶总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素试验及正交试验考察硫酸铵用量、醇-水比、超声时间、料液比对总黄酮得率的影响;结果表明,双水相与超声耦合提取艾叶总黄酮的最佳条件为硫酸铵用量0.26 g/m L,醇-水比0.80,超声时间15 min,料液比1:60,总黄酮平均得率为9.05%;该法具有提取时间短、节能高效、操作比较简便、快速、安全性高等优点。 This paper adopts Aqueous two-phase system coupling with ultrasonic to extract total flavonoids from Baoshan moxa leaves. The single factor experiment and orthogonal test were ap- pling to review the effects on the extraction rate of the flavonoids by the amount of ammonium sulfate, ethanol water ratio, ultrasonic time, ratio of material to liquid. The results showed that: the optimum extraction conditions oftotal flavonoids extraction in aqueous two-phase system cou- pling with ultrasonicfor ammonium sulfate, the dosage of 0.26g/mL, alcohol water ratio of 0.80, ultrasonic time was 15min, the ratio of material to liquid wasl:60, the averageyield of total flavonoids was 9.05%. Adopting Aqueous two-phase system coupling with ultrasonic to extract flavones from moxa leaves is simple, energy conservation, efficient, saving time, environment friendly and high security.
