摘要
目的观察308 nm准分子光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗面颈部白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法本研究以我院2013年3月至2014年3月收治的92例白癜风患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组单独外用0.1%他克莫司软膏进行治疗,治疗组则给予308 nm准分子光联合0.1%他克莫司软膏进行治疗。两组疗程均为15周,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为78.3%,显著高于对照组的47.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有5例患者出现轻度灼热感和瘙痒,1例患者出现水疱和灼痛感,不良反应发生率为13.0%;对照组有2例患者局部出现轻微瘙痒,不良反应发生率为4.3%;两组不良反应发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05),且症状轻微都能自行消退。结论 308 nm准分子光联合他克莫司软膏治疗面颈部白癜风起效快,疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo on the face and neck. Methods 92 cases of patients with vitiligo admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March2014 were selected as objects and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was only given 0.1% tacrolimus ointment for treating, the treatment group was given 308 nm excimer laser combined with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment. Both the treatment period of two groups was 15 days. The clinical effect and complications of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 78.3%, significantly higher than 47.8% of control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in treatment group was 13.0%, with burning heat sensation and pruritus in 5 cases, blister and causalgia in one case; the incidence of complications in control group was 4.3%, with mild pruritus in 2 cases; the complications rate of two groups had no statistical difference（P〈0.05）, and all the slight symptoms resolved spontaneously. Conclusions 308 nm excimer laser combined with tacrolimus ointment has quick and definite effect in the treatment of vitiligo on the face and neck, with less complications, which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
