摘要
精神卫生法填补了我国精神卫生领域法律的空白,该法严格规定了精神障碍疾病诊疗的医疗机构和医师的从业资质及标准,有助于切实保障精神障碍患者的合法权益,促进精神卫生事业的发展与进步。但该法未涉及中医药在精神卫生的预防、治疗、康复领域中的应用与发展等相关内容。本文通过梳理中医药在精神障碍治疗中的运用与精神卫生领域中有关中医药的内容,分析影响中医药在精神障碍疾病诊疗中发挥作用的因素,针对存在问题,提出建议,以期提高中医药参与精神卫生服务的地位。
The psychiatric health law filled our country legal＇s blank in the field of mental health, which clarified the qualification and stand-ards for medical practitioners and healthcare institutions to diagnose and treat the mental disorders. It helped to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of patients with mental disorders, promote the development and progress of mental health. However, the application of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine in the field of prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation for mental health is not involved. By discussing the application of Tradition-al Chinese Medicine in the treatment of mental disorders and other relevant content of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the field of mental health and analyzing the influencing factors, this paper put forward some corresponding suggestions, so as to improve the status of Traditional Chinese medicine in mental health services.
