摘要
以溴苄为原料,经季铵化反应合成了3个新型的芳环季铵盐模板剂(SDA-Ⅰ-SDA-Ⅲ),其结构经1^H NMR,13^C NMR和FT-IR确证。SDA-Ⅰ-SDA-Ⅲ依次经水热合成和离子交换制备了3种新型的分子筛催化剂(H-ZSM-5-1-H-ZSM-5-3),其结构和性能经XRD,SEM,N2-BET和NH3-TPD表征。以甲苯烷基化为探针反应,考察了H-ZSM-5-1-H-ZSM-5-3的催化活性。结果表明:H-ZSM-5-3催化活性较好,对二甲苯的选择性35.98%;H-ZSM-5-3经磷改性后,选择性提高至46.08%。
Three novel aromatic quaternary ammonium templates( SDA-Ⅰ - SDA-Ⅲ) were prepared by quaterisation of bromobenzyl. The structures were confirmed by1 ^H NMR,13 ^C NMR and FT-IR.Three novel zeolites( H-ZSM-5-1 - H-ZSM-5-3) were synthesized from SDA-Ⅰ - SDA-Ⅲ by hydrothermal synthesis method then ion exchange. The structures and properties were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2-BET 和 NH3-TPD. The catalytic activities of H-ZSM-5-1 - H-ZSM-5-3 were investigated by alkylation reaction of methylbenzene into paraxylene. The results showed that H-ZSM-5-3 exhibited better catalytic activity with selectivity of 35. 98%( p-xylene). The selectivity improved to46. 08% after H-ZSM-5-3 was modified by phosphorus.
