摘要
结合某电站水轮机主要尺寸及运行参数,使用UG软件建立了精确的水轮机蜗壳、叶轮、尾水管三维模型,将模型导入到ansys workbench中,借助ansys cfx分析工具实现了全流道水轮机转轮双向流固耦合的数值模拟,为水轮机流固耦合问题提供了一种更为合理和精确的数值模拟方法。
After got the main size and operational parameters of Francis turbine in one certain small hydropower station, the accurate 3D models of volute, runner and draft tube of the Francis turbine were built with UG software. Then the models were imported into ANSYS workbench. By using ANSYS and CFX of ANSYS workbench toolbox, the two-way FSI numerical simulation of Francis turbine runner in the whole fluid domain was realized. It provided a more reasonable and precise numerical simulation method for hydraulic turbine fluid solid coupling problem.
