摘要
当今大学生政治参与意识日益增强,分析问题更加深入和全面;道德观念成熟,具有较强的社会责任感;自主就业意识较强,就业规划更加清晰。影响大学生思想发展的因素:思政理论课作用凸显,但仍缺乏人文素质的培养;专业混寝导致摩擦时有发生,辅导员工作有待触及学生心坎;社团和校园媒体的思想教育功能未充分发挥。加强和促进大学生思想培养,必须优化思政理论课教学,突出人文素质教育功能;强化辅导员育人职能意识,发挥立德树人根本职能;加强校园文化建设,提升校园文化的思想政治教育功能。
With increasing awareness of participation in political issues, today＇s college students have stronger social responsibility and ability to analyze problems, and they are more mature in moral concepts and future careers. Courses on political theories play an obvious role in influencing their ideological development, but they still need training on humanistic disciplines due to the problems arising from their daily life. The ideological education of college students needs optimal political theory courses, more humanistic disciplines, better campus culture, etc.
